Registration Papers: While we typically receive registration papers within 14 days of puppy acquisition, there may be instances when they are not immediately available. If having registration papers is essential to you, please verify their status with us before arranging shipping or pickup. For most customers seeking family pets, registration papers may not be a priority. Rest assured, if we do not have them at the time of acquisition, we guarantee your puppy will have them within a maximum of 14 days. We want to clarify that we have no affiliation with AKC, ACA, NPCR, or CKC, and we are not responsible for their actions.

Refunds: Any refund requests are processed within 15 days and may take an additional 10 days to appear in your financial institution. Please note that we do not offer refunds for vet bills, pet returns, or shipping charges, as all sales are considered final. Our warranty includes the provision of a replacement puppy.

Shipping: Our puppies are carefully shipped through a pet forwarding agent who manages the final arrangements with commercial airlines. It’s important to note that we are not affiliated with any airlines and cannot be held responsible for flight delays, cancellations, reroutings, or overnight kenneling once the puppy is tendered at Port Cargo facilities.

Health Certificates: For puppies traveling by air, we provide a mandatory health certificate as required by airlines. In the event you misplace the pink health certificate, please contact us via email or phone, and we can promptly provide a computerized shot record within three days.

Hereditary and Congenital Disorders: We want to assure you that all our puppies undergo thorough checks for hereditary and congenital disorders before leaving our care. Both the puppies and their parents are screened to ensure they are free of any disorders.

Photos: We regularly update puppy photos, sometimes grouping similar-colored puppies to make our listings more efficient. If you happen to see four puppies with the “Same colors,” rest assured that we update the photos after each sale to accurately reflect minor marking differences. To prevent any confusion, please refresh your page before making an inquiry.

Legal Jurisdiction: Before submitting an inquiry or purchase, we kindly ask that you fully agree to our warranty policy. In the event of any disputes, they will be arbitrated within the jurisdiction of a competent court located within our area.

Shipping Insurance: In certain cases, due to country/state restrictions, pets may need to be insured before shipping. Our forwarding agent will make the necessary arrangements, but it’s important to note that buyers are responsible for this payment. Insurance fees range from $100.00 to $1500.00 USD, depending on the pet’s value, and are typically 99% refundable upon safe delivery.

Shipping Restrictions: We have a shipping schedule of three times a week, primarily on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. There may be occasional exceptions based on cargo facility hours. Please be aware of the following restrictions:

  • Snub Nose/Maltese Puppy Restrictions: These prioritize safety and may lead to flight changes, delays, or airport adjustments. Your puppy’s health is our top priority.

  • Dash Shipments: For certain smaller airports, Dash Shipments may apply and could incur additional fees ranging from $50 to $100.

  • Canada/International Customers: Shipping costs for international customers may vary depending on the airport and season. International shipping is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Make an Offer: Flexible shipping options are available for puppies with accepted offers. Customers must coordinate with our shipping schedule, which may result in puppies flying together for their comfort during the journey.
