Registration Papers: While we typically receive registration papers within 14 days of puppy acquisition, there may be instances where they are not immediately available. If registration papers are crucial to you, please verify their status with us before shipping or pickup. For most customers seeking family pets, registration papers may not be necessary. Rest assured, if we don’t have them at the time of acquisition, we guarantee your puppy will have them within a maximum of 14 days. We have no affiliation with AKC, ACA, NPCR, or CKC and bear no responsibility for their actions.

Refunds: All refund requests are processed within 15 days and may take up to 10 additional days to reflect in your financial institution. Kindly note that we do not provide refunds for vet bills, pet returns, or shipping charges, as all sales are final. Our warranty includes the provision of a replacement puppy.

Shipping: Our puppies are shipped via a pet forwarding agent who manages final arrangements through commercial airlines. We are not associated with any airlines and cannot be held responsible for flight delays, cancellations, reroutings, or overnight kenneling once the puppy is tendered at Port Cargo facilities.

Health Certificates: For puppies traveling by air, we provide a health certificate as mandated by airlines. In case you misplace the pink health certificate, please contact us via email or phone, and we can supply a computerized shot record within three days.

Hereditary and Congenital Disorders: We want to assure you that all our puppies undergo thorough checks for hereditary and congenital disorders before leaving our care. Both the puppies and their parents are screened to ensure they are free of any disorders.

Photos: We regularly update puppy photos, occasionally grouping similar-colored puppies to streamline listings. If you notice four “Same colors,” rest assured that we update photos after each sale to reflect minor marking differences. To avoid any confusion, please refresh your page before making an inquiry.

Legal Jurisdiction: Before submitting an inquiry or purchase, we kindly ask that you fully agree to our warranty policy. In the event of any disputes, they will be arbitrated within the jurisdiction of a competent court located within our area.

Shipping Insurance: Certain pets may require insurance due to country/state restrictions before shipping. Our forwarding agent will make the necessary arrangements, but buyers are responsible for payment. Insurance fees range from $100.00 to $1500.00 USD, depending on the pet’s value, and are typically 99% refundable upon safe delivery.

Shipping Restrictions: We ship puppies three times a week, primarily on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Occasionally, exceptions may be made depending on cargo facility hours. Please note the following restrictions:

  1. Snub Nose/Maltese Puppy restrictions prioritize safety and may lead to flight changes, delays, or airport adjustments. Your puppy’s health is our top priority.

  2. Dash Shipments may apply to smaller airports and could incur additional fees ranging from $50 to $100.

  3. Canada/International Customers may have varying shipping costs based on airport and season. International shipping is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  4. Make an Offer: Flexible shipping options apply to puppies with accepted offers. Customers must coordinate with our shipping schedule, often resulting in puppies flying together for comfort during the journey.
